Staff APPS Clone Wars RP Staff Requirements
Must know the server rules
Must be in the discord
No bans on your record in the past thirty (30) days, if a previous ban is deemed serious enough, you may be denied
Must have a good standing amongst your fellow community members
Must have not been denied from any staff team in the past thirty (30) days
Must be willing to attend weekly staff meetings.
Must have a working microphone
Must have at least 20 hours of playtime on the server in the past two weeks to be able to apply. (If denied because of this, you must wait 14 days to apply for staff.)
Clone Wars RP Staff Application Rules
When posting your applications, follow the rules outlined below or you will be denied.
DO NOT POST ANY POLLS OR QUESTIONS ON YOUR APPLICATION OR IT WILL BE DENIED. (I.E. SHOULD I BE STAFF?)
When applying for staff please note that we only accept people that we feel are responsible and mature to hold any staff ranks. (If you have 100 +1's but we know you are not fit for staff you will be denied)
If you are caught trying to advertise your application (I.E. Trying to have people +1 your application) it will be automatically denied.
Do not ask Staff to view your application.
Please be patient as it does take time for applications to be viewed.
Do not use fake accounts.
Understand that if you do obtain the rank of trial moderator that you are to primarily focus on passing your trial period by all means necessary.
Do not plan on going on LOA during your 2 week period as a trial mod as it will lead to your trial period timing out.
As a staff member, any LOA of 2 weeks or more may result in a removal from staff unless prior approval from the Division Leader and Director of Personnel.
Opening terms of becoming a staff member
You are a representative of GWtP and the Clone Wars Roleplay Staff Team, you are expected to act as such.
May not "troll" or "minge" on other communities
May not start or participate in any drama on any server
May not order roleplay jobs without proper authority
Must enforce the server rules set in place by the Clone Wars RP roleplay Leadership
Must remain up-to-date on current server rules
Commenting Rules
The following will state rules that you should be abiding by when posting ratings on applications.
DO NOT:
Post -1's or +1's without reasons on them. | Example: +1
Post useless neutral ratings without DETAILED reasons | Example: Neutral, your application lacks.
Argue in staff applications because you think a rating is false, unfair, etc. Use forum PM's or just talk it out on discord.
Do not mock someones application, rather provide constructive feedback.
Application comments are not for discussing
Any further terms, guidelines, etc; will be outlined in the staff training documents if the initial interview is passed. If you pass your interview period will become a Trial Moderator and put on a two (2) week testing period. You will be over-watched by the Senior Moderators+ and mentors during this trial. A Trial Moderator's primary objective is to learn the ropes of the staff team, and to take tickets (sits). If at the end of the trial, you are not promoted, you must reapply to the staff team. If you are promoted to Moderator, you will be officially a full-fledged member of the GWtP Clone Wars Roleplay Staff Team.
