GWTP Clone Wars RP — Staff Application Guidelines
Staff Requirements
Before applying, you must meet all of the following:

• Must be a current and active member of the Get With The Program (GWTP) community
  
• Must be at least level 15 in-game
  
• Must have access to the GWTP Discord server
  
• No bans on your record in the past thirty (30) days. If a previous ban is deemed serious enough, you may still be denied
  
• Must be in good standing among your fellow community members
  
• Must not have been denied from any staff team in the past thirty (30) days
  
• Must not have resigned from any GWTP server within the past fourteen (14) days
  
• Must be willing to attend weekly staff meetings
  
• Must have a working microphone
  
• Must have at least 10 hours of playtime on the server within the past two weeks to be eligible to apply. (If denied for this reason, you must wait 14 days before reapplying for staff.)

Staff Application Rules
When posting your application, follow the rules below or you will be denied:

• DO NOT post any polls or questions on your application (e.g., "Should I be staff?") — your application will be denied
  
• Staff rank is reserved for members we believe are responsible and mature enough to hold it. Having many +1's does not guarantee acceptance. If we do not feel you are fit for staff, you will be denied regardless of community support
  
• If you are caught advertising your application (e.g., asking others to +1 your post), it will be automatically denied
  
• Do not ask Head Administrators or higher-ups to view your application
  
• Please be patient — applications take time to review
  
• Do not use fake accounts or alt accounts to apply or comment
  
• If you are accepted as a Trial Moderator, your primary focus is to pass your trial period
  
• Do not plan LOA (Leave of Absence) during your 2-week trial period — it will cause your trial to time out and you will need to reapply
  
• Once on the staff team, any LOA of 2 weeks or more may result in removal from staff unless prior approval has been granted by the appropriate leadership

Terms of Becoming a GWTP Staff Member
As a staff member, you are a representative of Get With The Program and the Clone Wars RP Staff Team. You are expected to conduct yourself accordingly at all times.
Staff members may not:

• "Troll" or "minge" on other communities
  
• Start or participate in drama on any server, Discord, or platform
  
• Order roleplay jobs or actions without proper authority
  

Staff members must:

• Enforce the server rules set in place by the GWTP Clone Wars RP Leadership and Community Management
  
• Remain up-to-date on the current server rules at all times
  
• Treat every community member with professionalism and respect

Commenting Rules
When posting ratings on other members' applications, you are expected to follow these rules.
Do not:

• Post +1s or -1s without a clear reason (e.g., just "+1" or "-1")
  
• Post vague neutral ratings without detailed reasoning (e.g., "Neutral, your app lacks")
  
• Argue in application threads if you disagree with a rating. Use Discord DMs or take it to a voice channel instead
  
• Mock or belittle another member's application — offer constructive feedback instead
  
• Use application threads for general discussion

What Happens After You Apply
Any additional terms, guidelines, and expectations will be outlined in the staff training documents after you pass your initial interview.

1. If your application and interview are accepted, you will be promoted to Trial Moderator and placed on a two (2) week testing period
   
2. During your trial, you will be overseen by Senior Moderators+ and assigned mentors
   
3. A Trial Moderator's primary objective is to learn the ropes of the staff team and handle tickets (sits)
   
4. If you are not promoted at the end of your trial, you will need to reapply
   
5. If you are promoted, you become a full-fledged member of the GWTP Clone Wars RP Staff Team
   

We are always looking for new members to join the team. A Trial Moderator today could be a Community Lead tomorrow.
